Order & Payment
How can I place an order?
All products can be purchased directly through our online store. Simply add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, and pay securely with your preferred payment method.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Shop Pay. All transactions are processed securely.
Will I get an order confirmation?
Yes. After placing an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number and details. Keep this email for reference.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?

Small items ship within 1–2 business days.

Complete hydroponic systems ship in 2–3 business days (assembled to order).

Standard delivery usually takes 1–5 business days after processing.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, select products qualify for free standard shipping within the continental U.S. Eligible products will display “Free Shipping” at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?

We only ship within the USA and to US territories (US territories are limited to products that can ship USPS).

International customers can purchase some products through the eBay Global Reseller Program.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return window?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
How do I start a return?
Email sales@artisuntechnology.com with your name, order number, item, and reason for return. We’ll provide a Return Authorization and instructions.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you an update. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Warranty
What does the warranty cover?
All products include a 1-Year Limited Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
What is not covered?
The warranty does not cover consumables (tubing, net pots, grow media), damage from misuse or neglect, or normal wear and tear.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Email sales@artisuntechnology.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos. If approved, we’ll repair or replace the defective part at no cost.
