WARRANTY POLICY

What does the warranty cover?

Artisun Technology, LLC warrants that Artisun-branded products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 1 year from the date of purchase.

  • Buckets, lids, fittings, reservoirs → 1-year coverage

  • Pumps, chillers, and electronic components → 1-year coverage

  • Consumables (tubing, seals, grommets, net pots, grow media, air stones) → excluded from warranty except for defects on arrival


What is not covered?

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage

  • Consumables beyond DOA replacement

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, freezing, overheating, algae or biofilm buildup, improper installation, or operation outside specified conditions

  • Damage from modification or non-Artisun Technology parts

  • Third-party products not manufactured by Artisun Technology (covered by their own warranty)


What are the remedies?

At our discretion, we will:

  • Repair the defective product, or

  • Replace it with a new or refurbished item of equal or greater value, or

  • Provide a refund if repair or replacement is not possible

Repaired or replacement items are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or 90 days — whichever is longer.


Who pays for shipping?

  • For items found defective within 30 days of purchase, Artisun Technology covers all shipping.

  • For claims made after 30 days, customers are responsible for inbound shipping; Artisun Technology covers outbound replacement shipping.


How do I make a warranty claim?

  1. Email sales@artisuntechnology.com

  2. Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

  3. Provide a description of the issue plus photos or video.

  4. Await return authorization (RMA) instructions if a return is required.

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary by state or country. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
