Return Window
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery as shown on the carrier’s tracking record.
Condition of Returned Items

Items must be unused, in the same condition received, and in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items: consumables (e.g., grow media, nutrients), custom or special-order items, and used/installed components.
How to Start a Return
Email sales@artisuntechnology.com with your:
- Name
- Order number
- Address
- Item(s) being returned
- Reason for return
We will reply with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.

Use a trackable shipping service; keep the tracking number until your refund is issued.

Customers are responsible for return shipping on non-defective returns.

Outbound shipping charges are non-refundable; if your order included free shipping, our outbound cost may be deducted from the refund.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email update.
- We will notify you if your return is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days (timing may vary by bank or card issuer).
- A 10% restocking fee may apply to non-defective returns to cover inspection and repackaging.
Damaged in Transit or Defective Items
- Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
- If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receipt at sales@artisuntechnology.com with photos of the item and packaging.
