Returns
Items are eligible for return for 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact: sales@artisuntechnology.com with the details of your order (name, order number, address and item.) We will reply with a return authorization and instructions for return shipment.
Please note: Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. If item was free shipping, outbound shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. A refund will be processed to your credit card or original method of payment provided your return is in the condition as stated above. A restocking fee could apply.
Items Damaged During Transit or Defective Items
If an item is defective or damaged during transit, we will send you a replacement item. Please send us an email with you name, order number, a brief explanation of what's wrong and a couple of photos of the damage to: sales@artisuntechnology.com
